| Bedroom | 90% | SAFMR | 110% |
|---|---|---|---|
| Studio | $702 | $780 | $858 |
| 1 BR | $792 | $880 | $968 |

| 3 BR | $1,179 | $1,310 | $1,441 |
| 4 BR | $1,278 | $1,420 | $1,562 |
These values are only a comparison tool. They do not replace the property's actual rent, and they do not guarantee what you will pay unless your program uses SAFMR directly.

Based on 2024 data, the local AMI for the 46407 zip code is $27,409 for a single person and $39,156 for a 4-person household.
