HUD's Small Area Fair Market Rent, or SAFMR, is a ZIP-code-based fair market rent estimate. It can help you compare what different bedroom sizes may cost in this area.
| Bedroom | 90% | SAFMR | 110% |
|---|---|---|---|
| Studio | $2,358 | $2,620 | $2,882 |
| 1 BR | $2,637 | $2,930 | $3,223 |

| 3 BR | $4,176 | $4,640 | $5,104 |
| 4 BR | $4,653 | $5,170 | $5,687 |
