HUD's Small Area Fair Market Rent, or SAFMR, is a ZIP-code-based fair market rent estimate. It can help you compare what different bedroom sizes may cost in this area.
| Bedroom | 90% | SAFMR | 110% |
|---|---|---|---|
| Studio | $2,151 | $2,390 | $2,629 |
| 1 BR | $2,394 | $2,660 | $2,926 |

| 3 BR | $3,744 | $4,160 | $4,576 |
| 4 BR | $4,437 | $4,930 | $5,423 |
