HUD's Small Area Fair Market Rent, or SAFMR, is a ZIP-code-based fair market rent estimate. It can help you compare what different bedroom sizes may cost in this area.
| Bedroom | 90% | SAFMR | 110% |
|---|---|---|---|
| Studio | $2,880 | $3,200 | $3,520 |
| 1 BR | $3,276 | $3,640 | $4,004 |
| 2 BR | $3,825 | $4,250 | $4,675 |
| 3 BR | $5,058 | $5,620 | $6,182 |
| 4 BR | $5,499 | $6,110 | $6,721 |
These values are only a comparison tool. They do not replace the property's actual rent, and they do not guarantee what you will pay unless your program uses SAFMR directly.
